Swim

Kailua Kona Pier wall to 1500 meter buoy and back to wall

Bike

Veterans Cemetery go north to Landfill Road, safely turn around and head south to mile marker 92 which is 1 mile south of Kona airport

Run

Old Kona Airport where QKTC runs start, head south on Kuakini, right turn on Palani and south on Alii to Alii Market Place entrance and back

Tri

Swim - Waikoloa Abay to striped buoy & back X 3

Bike - Abay parking lot to Queen K, head south to Lavaman turnaround and back

Run - Abay parking lot to left on Waikoloa Beach Drive to last street before Hilton where you make a left and go to the end and back then left back on Waikoloa Beach Drive until it ends, turn back and head towards Maintenance Road where you make a left, follow the road till you hit Waikoloa Beach Drive and make a right, left back onto Ku'uali'i Place to Abay parking lot
